Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

The goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Up to 199,99€ - 6,95€ from 200€ free of charge.

DHL Express Shipping DE: 18,99€

Deliveries abroad:

DHL Standard Shipping EU - 15,99€.

Provision of digital content:

There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).

Digital content will be sent to you as a file by e-mail within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment after the time of your payment order).

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany (Germany) takes place within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 10 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment is agreed after the time of your payment order).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made any different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you ordered.
